Beta invitations are limited, personal, and non-transferable. We may pause or revoke your participation if we detect misuse, security risks, or a breach of these terms.

Available features, cities, and participant slots may change without notice; joining the beta does not guarantee continuous access or priority in future releases.

Content enabled during the beta phase is available for a limited period of time. Once that period expires, beta access to content will end and you must purchase cities through in-app purchases like any other user.

Beta content may include bugs, incomplete data, or experiences that never reach the public launch; we share these builds to gather early learnings.

You acknowledge that performance, map coverage, and narrative accuracy may vary by city and device, and that episodes or features can be removed at any time.

We do not guarantee that Ruthy will function without interruptions or errors during the beta. We may modify, update, suspend, or interrupt the application or parts of it at any time, especially during the beta period.

Ruthy uses geolocation services to display points of interest and activate audio guides automatically. You must use the application paying attention to your surroundings and respecting traffic safety rules and common sense.

AUDORA is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of Ruthy while moving or in risky situations. It is your responsibility to maintain attention to your physical environment while using the application.

You can disable geolocation at any time from your device settings, although this may limit certain application features.

Downloading, redistributing, or monetizing Ruthy's audio, scripts, illustrations, or other assets outside the app is prohibited without written authorization from Audora Tech.

Experiences created with Ruthy must comply with local regulations, third-party rights, and each city's cultural heritage; the app may not be used in contexts that promote discrimination or misinformation.

All rights to Ruthy's content (audio guides, scripts, texts, images, maps) are the exclusive property of AUDORA TECH SAS or are used under license from third parties. Use of Ruthy does not grant any intellectual property rights over the content.

During the beta, certain cities may be available free of charge for a limited period of time. Once that period expires, beta access will end and you must purchase cities through in-app purchases like any other user.

Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. AUDORA does not have access to payment data.

Refund claims and requests must be submitted directly to info@audoratech.com. AUDORA will evaluate each request in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the corresponding stores.

In the case of digital content (such as downloadable audio guides), the user may lose the legal right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied or made available, according to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits the inalienable rights you have as a consumer in your country.

We will announce pricing, currencies, and applicable taxes before enabling any purchase.

We collect aggregated, anonymous usage metrics to improve the experience in line with our Privacy Policy.

During the beta we may request interviews, surveys, or field notes; by sharing feedback you allow us to use it for product development and communications while keeping your identity private unless you authorize otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, during the beta and in future versions: (a) Ruthy and its content are provided "as is" and "as available"; (b) AUDORA does not guarantee absolute accuracy of historical or tourist information; (c) AUDORA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, data loss, loss of profits, or any damage arising from the use or inability to use Ruthy.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability when the law does not allow its exclusion, as in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. This limitation is especially relevant during the beta period, where content may be experimental.

Unless the mandatory legislation of your country provides otherwise, these specific terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the City of Córdoba, Argentina, in accordance with the general Terms & Conditions.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights are not affected by these terms.

We may modify these specific terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the application or by email.

Continued use of Ruthy after the effective date of the changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using the application.
